On Campus Program

Kripalu Outdoors Snowshoeing and Yoga

EXPLORE THE KRIPALU CAMPUS ON SNOWSHOES

Find your place in nature as you explore miles of snow-covered, winding trails with stunning winter vistas right outside of Kripalu’s back door. Join our experienced Kripalu faculty and mindful outdoor guides for multi-level snowshoeing, Kripalu Yoga, and deep relaxation.

Whether you are experienced in snowshoeing or a curious beginner, you will enjoy:

  • Different levels of snowshoeing that suit your needs
  • Expansive forest meditations
  • Tranquil yoga classes to balance the body and mind
  • Nourishing and spacious activities to connect with the self.

Return home feeling rejuvenated and delighted by this active winter retreat.

NOTE Snowshoes and poles will be provided for this program. In the event of poor snow coverage, partipants will hike instead of snowshoe.
