Sadia Bruce

Lead Kripalu Faculty

Sadia Bruce, E-RYT 500, YACEP, is a yoga teacher, writer, documentarian, and therapeutic movement specialist who delivers compelling classes, workshops, and trainings. A faculty member at Kripalu, she cultivates energized, radically inclusive learning environments that are guided by breath and driven by inquiry. With more than 20 years of experience teaching across disciplines and contexts, Sadia also mentors new teachers in relational dynamics; development of teaching voice; and teaching to economically, ethnically, and culturally diverse populations. She views yoga as a practical tool to attune to our aliveness—to unlock deep intimacy, sensitivity, and responsibility to the world within and around us.
