Replenish your body’s natural resources as Kripalu faculty Jurian Hughes skillfully guides you through mindful, slow-flow Kripalu Yoga, restorative relaxation, heart-nourishing chant, and joyful, meditative movement. Jurian's style is inspiring, uplifting, compassionate, and creative—and her focus is to help you cultivate ease, connect to breath, and attune to intuition.  

Tend to your heart and body by celebrating the season in a meaningful way with a like-minded community and practices that will keep your inner fire burning bright all winter long.  

NOTE All levels of yoga experience and fitness are welcome. Modifications will be offered throughout the retreat.
